I went into listening to this book expecting something that it wasn’t. I thought it was primarily a memoir with health and fitness as a secondary, but I was mistaken. On some level, this book is basically a promotion to download Carrie’s new app…
However, I really enjoyed the stories Carries told about her rising to fame, and everyday life now – but the majority of the book wasn’t particularly interesting if I’m brutally honest! Maybe it would have been better as a physical book than audiobook, but I just found that if I wanted a book about health, I’d go to an expert on the subject. There were a couple of other contributors to the book – Carrie’s personal trainer and her nutritionist and they had the most boring reading voices took which didn’t help!
